We appreciate all you do for patients. Eclipse Mind & Body was started by a nurse practitioner with over 5 years of experience in general practice before specializing in psychiatric-mental health. Due to the need for more access to mental healthcare collaboration alongside preventative wellness & chronic disease management, we seek to partner with other providers in opening the door for quick referrals to trusted psychiatric providers.

Eclipse Mind & Body treats a variety of mental illness, but specializes in sleep disorders. Main exclusionary criteria include patients under the age of 18, diagnosed diagnosed with psychotic disorders, or diagnosed with major neurocognitive disorder.

In network with most major insurance plans in Texas including Aetna, Ascension, BCBS, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, and Quest Behavioral Health. Private pay only in Idaho and Iowa with superbill provider to patients for out-of-network reimbursement filing.

If you have patients that you feel would benefit from holistic mental health services, referrals are accepted & appreciated. We currently have weekend & evening telehealth availability usually within 1 week.
