Who we are
Eclipse Mind & Body is dedicated to bridging the gap between physical healthcare and mental health through a holistic approach to wellness. Recognizing the disconnect often present in traditional treatment models, our managing member expanded expertise by pursuing advanced psychiatric-mental health education, becoming licensed, and gaining clinical experience as a psychiatric provider. This foundation enabled the creation of a practice centered on whole-person care, integrating both mental health and physical wellness.
Our comprehensive approach is grounded in the principle that sustainable physical health depends on mental wellbeing. We utilize a trauma-informed, inclusive, and collaborative care model that is both patient-centered and evidence-based. By combining the precision of western medical interventions with the benefits of conventional and alternative medicine practices, Eclipse Mind & Body offers personalized treatment designed to meet the unique needs of each individual.
Clients benefit from working with certified practitioners who develop individualized care plans aimed at enhancing overall functioning and quality of life. Whether addressing mental health challenges or optimizing physical wellness, our holistic framework supports transformative healing and long-term success. Schedule a consultation today to experience a truly integrated approach to mental health care that honors the connection between mind and body.

If you are in Texas, please check with Headway when scheduling the appointment to confirm insurance coverage. In-network plans often include BCBS, Aetna, UHC, and Cigna. This cannot be guaranteed as specific plans do have limitations on some mental health benefits. If every in question, reach out directly to your insurance carrier.
