Q: What kind of services do you offer?
A: At Eclipse Mind & Body, we specialize in providing compassionate and comprehensive mental health care. We believe in a holistic approach that nurtures both your mind and body. All of our visits are conducted via secure and convenient telehealth, allowing you to connect with us from the comfort of your own space.
Q: Is there anything I need to do before my first appointment?
A: We look forward to meeting you! To ensure a seamless and productive first visit, we kindly ask that you complete all new patient paperwork at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows us to review your information and prepare for our time together, making the most of every moment.
Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: We are committed to making our care accessible. We currently partner with many insurance plans in Texas through our practice partner Headway. If you are a Texas resident, please contact Headway with your insurance information so they can verify your benefits and help you understand your coverage. Cash pay patients are provided superbills to submit to their insurances if they wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement.
Q: What are your typical cash-pay rates?
A: We understand that not everyone has access to in-network holistic mental health care and we want to be an option to help anyone we can through our cash-pay options. While session rates may vary due to the length of visits and what we cover during visits, most intakes are $150. Follow ups are generally between $80-125 depending on your care needs and are discussed during your first visit as to what you can expect for upcoming visit. Those who are being seen more frequently can discuss paying for treatment plans which may reduce the total cost of the visits. Cash pay patients are provided superbills to submit to their insurances if they wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement.
Q: Where are your clients located?
A: We are honored to serve individuals in Texas, Idaho, and Iowa. We utilize two telehealth platform allows us to connect with you no matter where you are in these states, ensuring you receive the support you need, conveniently and effectively. If you are a Texas resident, you will utilize Headway for billing and scheduling visits with our providers. If you are a Idaho or Iowa resident, you will work directly with Eclipse Mind & Body.
Q: Are your appointments in-person or virtual?
A: To provide the most flexible and comfortable experience for our clients, all of our appointments are conducted through telehealth. This allows you to receive high-quality care wherever you are, eliminating travel time and creating a truly personalized and private environment.
